Organisational and Executive Coaching
James' approach to coaching is based on the understanding that individuals have unique potential that can be realised through coaching. Coaching can help individuals navigate complex challenges and maximise their performance. Research has shown that coaching can significantly impact individuals and organisations.
For example, a study by the International Coach Federation (ICF) found that individuals who received coaching reported improved self-confidence, communication skills, work performance, and life satisfaction. In addition, coaching has positively impacted employee engagement, retention, and organisational performance.
Furthermore, research has shown that coaching can positively impact mental health and wellbeing. A study published in the Journal of Workplace Behavioural Health found that coaching effectively reduced stress, improved resilience, and increased job satisfaction.
In summary, coaching can significantly impact individuals and organisations, and James' approach, which combines his knowledge and experience with best practice coaching techniques, can help clients maximise their potential, navigate complex challenges, and achieve their goals.
Since becoming a certified coach James has worked with clients from a wide range of businesses and sectors: financial services (Bloomberg and Amex), film and TV, learning development, start-ups and call centre operations.

What to expect
At an initial meeting, the objectives of the coaching engagement will be discussed to ensure that both coach and coaching counterpart are happy that they can have an effective coaching relationship. Chemistry matters!
Sessions will be approximately 60-90 minutes long. Each session will focus on a particular challenge or area of focus and are shaped to insure agreed actions result from each session.
It is recommended that coaching sessions are 2-6 weeks apart so that there is time to execute actions but are not so long apart, momentum is lost. A minimum of four sessions are also recommended in order to achieve sustainable improvement or change.
